PokerGO 將於四月推出新賽季
《高額撲克》的粉絲們將在四月份新賽季首播時，迎來一場創紀錄的精彩表現。
PokerGO 官方透露了這檔經典節目第 16 季的部分資訊。根據 PokerGO 執行長 Brent Hanks 的說法，MonkeyTilt 創辦人兼執行長 Sam「Señor Tilt」Kiki 在牌桌上表現出色，一舉創下該節目史上兩項紀錄。
Hanks 向《運動畫刊》表示：「Sam 現在同時保有《高額撲克》單季贏得最多獎金的紀錄，以及節目史上單日最高贏利的紀錄。」他補充道：「當時 Alan Keating 和 Andrew Robl 都在同一張牌桌上，對手的實力就是如此堅強，但 Sam 依然脫穎而出。」
Kiki 在去年首度登場時便大獲全勝
除了經營線上遊戲與體育博彩公司外，Kiki 也經常出現在高額現金局直播中，包括「Hustler Casino Live」、「WPT Cash」等。根據 High Roll Poker 的報導，在這次新賽季之前，他已在這些直播中累計輸掉約 180 萬美元。
節目史上最大的單一底池紀錄，此前是由 Keating 在第 14 季中對戰 Peter Wang 時贏得的 140 萬美元。而在此之前，Santhosh Suvarna 曾於第 12 季以 99.2 萬美元的底池保持這項紀錄。
Tom Dwan 過去曾被認為是該節目早期最大的總贏家，在 270 手牌中贏得 180 萬美元。Hanks 現在表示，Kiki 已經超越了所有這些人。
Kiki 首次出現在節目中是在上一季，他在一手對戰 Rick Salomon 的牌局中贏得 100 萬美元，創下當時節目史上第二大底池。在同一季中，他還贏得了一個 130 萬美元的底池。
《高額撲克》於 2006 年首播，多年來匯聚了撲克界許多最響亮的名字，包括 Doyle Brunson、Daniel Negreanu、Phil Ivey 等。
該節目最初在 Game Show Network 播出，並於 2020 年被 PokerGO 收購。去年，該公司還購買了「NBC 單挑撲克錦標賽」品牌的版權，隨後復辦了這項賽事，並由 Sam Soverel 贏得 2025 年的冠軍。
