\u201cHe\u2019s on fire,\u201d said Chad Holloway, PR and Media Manager at PokerNews. \u201cHe just had two consecutive career years, winning $5.2 million in 2024 and $8.3 million in 2025. This year alone, he\u2019s already won nearly $1.1 million.\u201d<\/span><\/p>

Isaac Haxton ($19)

Can another high-stakes regular, Isaac Haxton, win his second gold bracelet?<\/span><\/p>
"He's hard to ignore," said Will Shillibier, editor-in-chief of PokerNews. "Whether it's the Triton, EPT, or PokerGO circuit, he always manages to deliver outstanding results on the big stage. And there's no bigger stage than the WSOP."<\/span><\/p>
"You bet on him because of his high roller results. Four wins and 276 points last year was a good return, and he almost won a gold bracelet in the $50,000 PLO event. His 100th place finish in the Main Event also proves that he can perform well in big events."<\/span><\/p>
Brandon Wilson ($15)

This was Team Moncek's first pick, and Brandon Wilson's first selection in the 25k Dream Draft.<\/span><\/p>
"He's one of the best No-Limit Texas Hold'em players in the world," said Tyler Boyer, editor and digital media executive at PokerNews. "He's already won two huge prizes at the Triton Jeju Island event: in..."\u00a0<\/span> $He won second place in the 50k event, earning $948,000; and in<\/span>50<\/span>k<\/span>He won the runner-up prize in the competition.<\/span>94.8<\/span>US$10,000; and in<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>He finished as runner-up again in the 150,000 Triton Anniversary Event, winning $2.2 million.<\/span><\/span><\/p>$

Although Michael Moncek's bid was as high as $130, his brother Tyler joined him for only $7.<\/span><\/p>
\u201cBeing very cheap doesn\u2019t always pay off,\u201d said Connor Richards, senior editor at PokerNews U.S. \u201cBut if it does pay off, it can be an incredible investment. Whether poker skills are genetic or not, he has the same aptitude for playing well as his brother.\u201d<\/span><\/p>
