Phil Hellmuth tries to maintain a positive image on social media. But a bad beat elimination during Wednesday's World Series of Poker (WSOP) event prompted the "poker brat" to unleash his fury.<\/span><\/p>

The 17-time WSOP bracelet winner released a three-minute video after being eliminated on Day 2 of the #33:$10,000 Pot-Limit Omaha High-Low 8 or Better tournament. In the video, he expressed his frustration after two weeks of the long WSOP.<\/span><\/p>

"Guys, over the past few years, I haven't really shared many negative posts on social media. I know I always say, 'Hey Phil, you're rich. You have fame, wealth, health, you have everything,'" Hellmuth says at the beginning of the video, before launching into his rant.<\/span><\/p>
Hellmuth ultimately finished in 37th place, earning $21,162. He was in excellent form late in Day 2, "playing great poker." But as he explained, his game ended when the only player with more chips than him at the table called a huge bet on the turn with a hand that had only three outs, and one of those outs appeared on the river.<\/span><\/p>
\u201cHe was basically done for,\u201d Hellmuth said. \u201cHe called with 520,000 chips, and I thought I was about to take the chip lead.\u201d<\/span><\/p>
Hellmuth's frustration after being eliminated began to surface: "I've just had enough of losing in these hands for the past three, four, or whatever years." The BetRivers Casino ambassador went on to say that he doesn't like sharing negative emotions on social media, "because I've been incredibly lucky in life."<\/span><\/p>
"But, you know, then people will think, 'How did Phil play?' You know, they don't understand that in these big pots, I always have the best hands," he continued.<\/span><\/p>
Hellmuth, who has always been passionate about winning a gold bracelet and proving that he can still be a top competitor, claims that he has always struggled to go all the way in tournaments because players make bad calls and win by luck.<\/span><\/p>
"I'm fucking fed up," Hellmuth raged. "Yeah, I'm healthy. Yeah, I'm lucky. But come on. I mean, if this crap keeps happening, I'm not going to win any games."<\/span><\/p>
Hellmuth later expressed his frustration at being eliminated from the final table last week in the #9:$10,000 Omaha High Low 8 or better tournament. He finished seventh with $54,214, but was unlucky at the final table and failed to win his record-breaking 18th gold bracelet.<\/span><\/p>
"I just want you guys to know that I'm still a great player, and I'll still keep betting money when I get the best hands, day after day, week after week, month after month, until I fucking have 24 gold bracelets," an angry Hellmuth shouted.<\/span><\/p>
Hellmuth will have even more opportunities to extend his gold bracelet record this summer.<\/span><\/p>
