For any poker player, being eliminated before the bubble is one of the most frustrating outcomes.<\/span><\/p>

On the 19th day of the 2026 World Series of Poker (WSOP), two-time WSOP bracelet winner Martin Zamani experienced an even more brutal fate\u2014he was eliminated before the bubble in two consecutive events on the same day.<\/span><\/p>

Such an experience is extremely rare, even for experienced professional poker players.<\/span><\/p>

After the match, Zamani could only smile wryly at this cruel twist of fate.<\/span><\/p>

First regret: PLO Championship ends in disappointment.<\/h2>

The first event to finish that day was Event #33: $10,000 Pot-Limit Omaha Hi-Lo Championship.<\/span><\/p>

This championship attracted 390 participants, with a total prize pool exceeding $3.6 million. Ultimately, only 59 players made it into the money.<\/span><\/p>

Zamani performed consistently for most of the game and remained near the top of the scoreboard for a long period.<\/span><\/p>

In fact, at the start of Day 3, he was even in second place with nearly 2 million chips, second only to Ryan Hughes.<\/span><\/p>
