This flagship event, sponsored by PokerStars and Paddy Power Poker, attracted 5,003 entries and generated a total prize pool of \u20ac4,852,910. Day 3 started with 122 players still at the tables, but by the end of the final hand, only 10 players remained.<\/p>

All 10 players have pocketed their chips and will return for the final day to continue their battle for the title. Everyone is currently locked in at least \u20ac39,840 in prize money, but with the champion's prize reaching \u20ac517,100, all eyes will be on the final battle for the throne.<\/p>

Danilo Donnini led the chip lead on Day 3 with 46,400,000 chips, equivalent to 77 big blinds, making him the chip leader heading into the final day.<\/p>

Danilo Donnini was already part of the leading group in the latter part of Day 3, and he played a key role in the final eliminations of the day. He eliminated Marios Papazois in a classic coin flip, propelling him to the top of the chip leaderboard.<\/p>

However, the road to the championship remains very crowded. Vasyl Palandiuk is in second place with 34,100,000 chips, and has maintained a top position for almost the entire day.<\/p>

Isaac Barker, ranked third, made two crucial double-ups in the final stages. First, he doubled up with a slow-play full house on the turn, and then he won another big pot with four of a kind, firmly establishing himself in the top three.<\/p>

Day 3 Battle Recap<\/strong><\/h4>

Just 24 hours ago, the most important goal for all players was simply to survive the bubble and secure a spot in the money. But after all the returning Day 3 players had secured their guaranteed winnings, the pace of the game clearly shifted to chip accumulation, and the elimination rate increased significantly as a result.<\/p>

In just the first two levels, 59 players were eliminated. By the time the second break of the day arrived, another 30 players had fallen. Leo Worthington-Leese (56th place), Conor O'Driscoll (55th place), and Dean Hutchison (33rd place) all stopped at this stage, unable to continue their dream of participating in this year's Irish Open Main Event.<\/p>

However, for every person eliminated, someone else benefits. When former champion Dan Wilson went all-in, the person who eliminated him was none other than Vasyl Palandiuk, one of the leaders of the day.<\/p>

After Dan Wilson's elimination, only two former champions remained in contention, but that number quickly dwindled to one. Steve O'Dwyer's pocket Ks couldn't hold on, and he was ultimately eliminated in 16th place.<\/p>

With 13 players remaining, the game clock was stopped, and the staff announced the final three hands. Within those three hands, three more players failed to carry their chips into Day 4.<\/p>

The last surviving former champion, Weije Zheng, was eliminated in 13th place. His AK collided with Vasyl Palandiuk's pocket Ks, resulting in his elimination. Following him, Marios Papazoi (12th place) and Matthew Twomey also failed to advance to the finals.<\/p>
