Giới thiệu thí sinh

Born in 2001, Mehdi Chaoui discovered poker at the age of 18 while studying in France. He started as a “grinder” in the online streets under the nickname “Carence en L” and quickly moved up to live tournaments. In early 2023, at just 22 years old, his talent was so obvious that he was recruited by Team Winamax, joining some of the most famous players in the world like Adrián Mateos. Despite his young age, Mehdi is known for being extremely mature and professional. He spends his time traveling between Casablanca and the major stops on the PokerStars Live circuit, always looking to improve his game through study and hard work.

Bàn có giá trị cao

Chaoui is feared for his modern and adaptive style of play. While many players his age rely strictly on computer-based “GTO” strategies, Mehdi is known for his instincts and ability to read opponents. He rarely shows tells and is famous for staying perfectly calm even when playing for millions of dollars. He is a very well-rounded player who excels in both No Limit Hold’em and Pot Limit Omaha. Whether he is playing a high-stakes WPT event or a technical WSOP tournament, he uses a mix of mathematical precision and psychological pressure to keep his opponents guessing.
