一份針對 PokerStars、Full Tilt Poker 與 Absolute Poker 的聯邦起訴書列出了 11 名被告，包括 PokerStars 高層 Isai Scheinberg、Full Tilt Poker 的 Raymond Bitar 與 Nelson Burtnick、Absolute Poker 的 Scott Tom 與 Brent Beckley，以及多名金流處理商。
黑色星期五的衝擊立竿見影。一夜之間，數千名美國撲克玩家突然失業。無數撲克玩家失去了贊助，包括 Prahlad Friedman、Maria Ho 以及重金屬樂團 Anthrax 的吉他手 Scott Ian。
4 月 20 日，Full Tilt Poker 與 PokerStars 分別與司法部達成協議，獲准恢復使用其 .com 網站，以協助分配玩家資金。

Full Tilt 的餘波
2011 年 9 月，黑色星期五事件六個月後，有消息揭露 Full Tilt Poker 利用玩家資金向高層支付了數千萬美元，且已無力償還玩家款項。
美國檢察官辦公室修改了訴狀，指控 Full Tilt Poker 是一個由 Raymond Bitar、Howard Lederer、Chris Ferguson 與 Rafe Furst 用來詐騙玩家的龐氏騙局。
訴狀指控，截至 2011 年 3 月，Full Tilt Poker 在全球積欠約 3.9 億美元的玩家資金，其中 1.5 億美元為美國玩家。然而，Full Tilt 的銀行帳戶存款僅有 6,000 萬美元，意味著全球仍有超過 3 億美元尚未歸還給玩家。

2012 年，PokerStars 收購了 Full Tilt Poker，接管了 Full Tilt 的所有資產，並同意在三年內向美國政府 forfeit 5.47 億美元。
