PokerGO will launch its new season in April.

Fans of High Stakes Poker will be treated to a record-breaking spectacle when the new season premieres in April.

PokerGO has revealed some information about the 16th season of the classic show. According to PokerGO CEO Brent Hanks, MonkeyTilt founder and CEO Sam "Señor Tilt" Kiki performed exceptionally well at the poker table, setting two records in the show's history.

"Sam currently holds the record for the most money won in a single season on High Stakes Poker, as well as the record for the highest single-day winnings in the show's history," Hanks told Sports Illustrated. "Alan Keating and Andrew Robl were at the same table, and the competition was that tough, but Sam still managed to stand out."

Kiki won big when she made her debut last year.

In addition to running an online gaming and sports betting company, Kiki also frequently appears in high-stakes cash game livestreams, including "Hustler Casino Live" and "WPT Cash." According to High Roll Poker, prior to this new season, he had already lost approximately $1.8 million in these livestreams.

The record for the largest single pot in the show's history was previously held by Keating, who won $1.4 million against Peter Wang in season 14. Prior to that, Santhosh Suvarna held the record with a $992,000 pot in season 12.

Tom Dwan was previously considered the show's biggest all-time winner in its early days, winning $1.8 million in 270 hands. Hanks now says Kiki has surpassed all of those.

Kiki first appeared on the show last season, where he won $1 million in a hand against Rick Salomon, creating the second-largest pot in the show's history at the time. He also won a $1.3 million pot during the same season.

High Stakes Poker premiered in 2006 and has brought together many of the most prominent names in the poker world over the years, including Doyle Brunson, Daniel Negreanu, and Phil Ivey.

The show originally aired on Game Show Network and was acquired by PokerGO in 2020. Last year, the company also purchased the rights to the "NBC Heads-Up Poker Tournament" brand, subsequently reviving the event, with Sam Soverel winning the 2025 championship.
