With a record-breaking 1,393 entries in Incheon, and 207 players returning to Paradise City Casino Resort after nearly six 60-minute levels, only 47 players advanced to Day 4. Japanese player Shinichiro Kano bagged 3,050,000 chips, the only player among the 47 to break the 3 million mark; Chinese player Zhentao Long followed closely in second place with 2,965,000 chips. Yoko Sasaki finished third, while Chinese players Peng Chen and Shoumin Zhang secured fourth and fifth place respectively, demonstrating the continued strength of the Chinese contingent as the main event progressed. Forty-seven players competed for a total prize pool of 523.7 million Korean won (approximately US$2.149 million) at the APT Incheon Main Event. The remaining 47 players were all guaranteed at least 8,630,000 Korean won, while the champion will take home 523,720,000 Korean won, the APT Gold Lion Trophy, and the highest honor of the Incheon Main Event. Furthermore, the champion, runner-up, and third-place finisher will each receive a US$10,000 APT Championship Main Event entry to compete in the APT Championship in November.
