€1,100 Main Event Headlines Showdown Riga

The biggest event on the schedule is the €1,100 NLH Main Event, which will begin on Wednesday, September 23.

The competition consists of three preliminary rounds. Preliminary Round 1A will begin at 4 PM on September 23; Preliminary Round 1B will be held at the same time the following day; the final opportunity to participate will be in Preliminary Round 1C on September 25 (Friday).

The advancing contestants will return at 2 p.m. on Saturday to participate in the second day of the competition, while the remaining contestants will compete for the championship on Sunday, September 27.

Players looking to compete at a lower cost will have multiple opportunities. Satellite tournaments will be held throughout the week, including €80 qualifiers that guarantee up to five €1,100 Main Event slots.

Tournaments, Mystery Bounty Tournaments, and Mini Main Events

The main event isn't the only major event to watch in Riga. The €555 NLH Championship will begin with the first preliminary round on Monday, September 21st, followed by Preliminary Round 1B the next day. The qualifying players will return on Wednesday for the final day.

Bounty hunters are especially favored. The schedule includes a €350 NLH Deepstack Progressive Bounty, a €350 NLH Mystery Bounty, and multiple €250 Progressive Bounty tournaments (covering NLH and PLO events).

The €350 mystery bounty tournament will begin on September 25th, and the mystery envelope will be revealed on September 26th, the final day of the tournament.

In addition, there is a €200 Mini Main Event, with three preliminary rounds from September 20 to 25, and the final day on September 26.

Omaha players were not forgotten either – multiple PLO4/PLO5 tournaments were interspersed throughout the nine-day event.

Queen's Progressive Bounty Tournament Returns

The tournament also features a special event for female players. On Saturday, September 26th, the €150 Queens Progressive Bounty will be held, an NLH tournament exclusively for women, starting at 4 PM.

Earlier that afternoon, a €10 satellite tournament will be held, guaranteeing three €150 entry slots and providing players with another low-cost way to enter this special peripheral event.

Players don't even need to be physically present at the Olympic Voodoo Casino to participate in the evening's events. The €150 OlyBet Showdown Riga online progressive bounty tournament starts at 9 PM, with a guaranteed prize of €5,000.
