Prior to her breakthrough performance in the 2025 Main Event, she has already made a name for herself in several tournaments in China and other regional events.

Her career-high live winnings are $258,651, earned from a runner-up finish in the APT Main Event in Jeju Island, South Korea, in September 2025. Previously, in the same event, Tang won her first APT title, taking home the 25th event – the Women's Event – for 5,041,280 KRW (approximately $3,601). She fought her way through the Main Event, ultimately finishing as runner-up and earning a spot in the APT Main Event, her highest winnings to date.
