The 2026 USOP Ha Long Bay, Vietnam event is entering its climax, with several high-profile tournaments attracting players from around the world ahead of the main event.

On September 2nd local time, Day 1A of the championship officially commenced. With the immense appeal of a guaranteed prize pool of 20 billion Vietnamese dong, a large number of players joined the competition. Group A ultimately attracted 188 participants, with 24 players successfully advancing.

Korean player PARK DAEYOUNG displayed a strong performance in the final stage, accumulating large pots through multiple all-in pressures, and finally became the Chip Leader of Group A with 931,000 chips, winning the exclusive 100 million Vietnamese Dong CL prize.
