The Jeju Poker Festival will make a grand return later this year, a 15-day poker extravaganza at LES A Casino, combining the Red Dragon Poker Tour and KPC Poker. The festival will run from October 28th to November 11th, featuring over 120 numbered events, plus satellites, encompassing large No-Limit Hold'em tournaments, high-stakes events, and a variety of mixed games. The three main events boast a total guaranteed prize pool of 3.88 billion KRW, with the Red Dragon Plus Championship offering the largest prize pool at 1.8 billion KRW. The KPC Main Event kicks off the season ahead of the Jeju Music Festival, with its KRW 1.3 million buy-in Main Event starting on October 28th, guaranteeing a prize pool of KRW 880 million. Five starting groups are spread across the first three days, followed by the second day on October 31st, with the final table on November 1st. Players seeking bigger events can participate in the KRW 5 million KPC High Roller or the KRW 7 million KPC Super High Roller a few days before the festival. The $5,300 tournament guarantees $3 million, while the $2,200 Kick Off guarantees $1 million. BetMGM Poker has had a busy summer, and with September approaching, the operator's pace hasn't slowed. In July, BetMGM Poker hosted the Borgata Summer Poker Open in Atlantic City, offering over $4 million in guaranteed prizes across a tight schedule. Following that, the poker action moved to Maryland in August with the Potomac Summer Poker Open at MGM National Harbor, featuring 23 events and over $1.5 million in guaranteed prizes. Now, BetMGM Poker returns to its home casino, the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa, for its biggest series of the summer. The "Big, Big Series," sponsored by BetMGM Poker, will be held from September 13th to 23rd, with a total guaranteed prize pool exceeding $6 million, to celebrate the first anniversary of the BetMGM Poker tournament room in Borgata. The largest piece of the over $6 million guaranteed prize pool belongs to the $5,300 BetMGM Poker Big, Big Tournament, offering a $3 million guaranteed prize pool. The tournament will kick off Day 1, Group A, at 12:15 PM on September 19th, with Day 1, Group B, and Day 1, Group C, all at the same time on September 20th. Players who successfully advance from the starting groups will return to Day 2 on September 22nd, but participation in Day 1 is not mandatory. Registration will remain open until the start of the second day, with the tournament then entering its third day on September 23. Before the tournament begins, the $2,200 Big, Big Kick Off will kick off the festival with its first seven-figure guaranteed prize pool. There are only two starting groups, both on September 14, at 11:15 AM and 6:15 PM. Players advancing from either group will return the following afternoon to compete for a share of the $1 million guaranteed prize pool.
