All nine finalists secured five-figure prizes with an investment of €299, a truly impressive return. Sweden's "Ker" was the first finalist to be eliminated, finishing in ninth place and earning €11,425.

Polish poker player Marcin Matula finished eighth, earning €14,125. This is only the second time Matula has won a prize exceeding €10,000, and it remains the highest of his career to date.

Rozvadov regular "M. Fischer" was the next player to run out of chips. The German finished in seventh place with €17,700, followed by Belgium's "Mister Two" who finished in sixth place with €22,400.

The fifth-place finisher earned €28,500, almost 100 times the tournament buy-in! This substantial prize now belongs to a German player nicknamed "Victor Vegas".

The three finalists did not compete anonymously; they were all eliminated. Israel's Ben Yoram, finishing fourth, exhausted himself, earning €36,500 for his efforts. Prior to this event, Yoram's total live tournament winnings were less than $15,000.

Dutchman Stephan Dil had only three winning entries in The Hendon Mob's database prior to the EPF Main Event, totaling $2,951. Now, he can boast of a €57,300 prize after securing deals with his final two opponents.

The heads-up match pitted "Kaizen" against Romania's Valentin Dumitra. Dumitra had won the majority of his career winnings of $100,000 at King's Resort in Rozvadov. Dumitra lost in the final round, earning himself a consolation prize of €70,700, almost 3.5 times his previous best result.

Dumitra's elimination left the mysterious "Kaizen" as the only player still holding chips. His prize was €80,000, a championship trophy, and the EPF Main Event title.

The King's Resort events never stop.

The European Poker Carnival may have come to an end, but the live poker tournaments at King's Resort continued throughout May.

The German Poker Tour (DPT) has begun. It will run from May 11th to 17th, and its featured events include a Main Event with a buy-in of €175 and a guaranteed prize pool of €300,000.

The DPT has just ended, and the French Poker Festival (FPF) is right around the corner. From May 18th to 25th, it will host a €290 buy-in Main Event at King's Resort, with a guaranteed prize pool of €1,000,000.
