Poker Hall of Famer Nick Schulman will host a six-week poker show, "Poker Weekly with Nick Schulman," on SiriusXM Mad Dog Sports Radio, airing every Saturday at 8 p.m.

Nick Schulman may become the next talk show superstar.

The Poker Hall of Famer shared on the X platform that he will be hosting a six-week poker show on SiriusXM satellite radio. Schulman's show, "Poker Weekly with Nick Schulman," will begin airing on July 18th (Saturday) on Mad Dog Sports Radio (Channel 82). The show will begin each week at 8 p.m. ET.

Schulman must prove himself, as he will begin on probation. If the higher-ups like his performance, it could develop into a long-running SiriusXM show.

Experience behind the microphone

Schulman has extensive experience speaking about poker in front of an audience. For years, he has served as a commentator alongside Ali Nejad on various PokerGO streams and shows, and in recent years, he has co-commentated with AJ Benza on "High Stakes Poker." This poker legend served as the lead announcer for the World Series of Poker (WSOP) livestream this summer.

According to the press release, Schulman will offer poker tips, share stories from his poker career, and discuss poker tournaments happening around the world. He stated that "having such a platform helps establish the legitimacy of poker as a game of skill."

Mad Dog Sports Radio is one of the top sports talk shows on SiriusXM, hosted by the controversial and legendary broadcaster Chris "Mad Dog" Russo. But this will be the channel's first poker show.

Schulman recently concluded another stellar World Series of Poker tournament. He won his eighth gold bracelet and finished as runner-up in two other events. The 2025 Poker Hall of Famer finished the series 12th in the WSOP Player of the Year race, but remains within reach ahead of the WSOP Paradise Series in December.
