PokerNews adds a second PGT championship slot for RGPS Dream Factory

PokerNews has added a second PGT tournament slot at RGPS Dream Factory. The RunGood Winner's Circle on December 1st and the Dream Seat Invitational on December 2nd are exclusive to RGPS ring holders, with the winners receiving a PGT tournament slot.

The RunGood poker series Dream Factory is expanding again, with PokerNews adding a second PGT tournament slot at the event later this year at the Thunder Valley Casino Resort.

This festival will feature two exclusive $300 tournaments: RunGood Winner's Circle on December 1st, and RunGood Dream Seat Invitational on December 2nd. Both events are reserved for players who win the official RGPS championship ring during the 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026 season.

Dream Seat Invitational already had a PGT championship seat waiting for its champion, but PokerNews has now sponsored another seat for the Winner's Circle champion.

PokerNews will also be providing live updates from Thunder Valley for both events, following the RGPS champions as they vie for the chance to take the tournament to the PokerGO studio.

Two PGT championship slots are up for grabs.

In addition to the regular prize pool, these two invitational tournaments offer even more prizes.

Both tournaments will award three additional prizes: the champion will receive a PGT tournament slot, the runner-up will receive a $600 Hendon Mob Mid-Major tournament slot, and the third-place finisher will take home a $400 PokerNews Cup slot.

The $300 RunGood Winner's Circle will kick off on Tuesday, December 1st at 11:00 AM, bringing together the ring winners from the past four RGPS seasons.

In addition to the tournament itself, each participant will also have the opportunity to be selected later that evening to participate in RunGood's "Compete for the Seat" game show.

The game show will take place during the RunGood player party at Illusions Bar in Thunder Valley, with prizes worth $6,000 up for grabs.

PokerNews PowerStack offers another route to Thunder Valley.

The $300 Dream Seat Invitational will continue on Wednesday, December 2nd at 11:00 AM, with some participants winning a trip to Thunder Valley through the PokerNews PowerStack leaderboard.

The PokerNews PowerStack Leaderboard returns for the Fall 2026 RGPS season, where players accumulate points through eligible PowerStack tournaments on the circuit.

After the season ends, the top 10 players on the leaderboard will each receive a package that includes a Dream Seat Invitational entry, a $300 travel allowance, and two nights' accommodation in Thunder Valley.

PowerStack made its debut earlier this year, with its inaugural leaderboard sending 11 players to Thunder Valley for the $1,200 million dollar main event of the RGPS Passport season finals.

This time, an even greater opportunity awaits at the end of the road. Make it into the PowerStack Top 10, head to Thunder Valley, and win the Dream Seat Invitational – an RGPS journey could culminate in a PGT championship seat.

Dream Factory Returns to Thunder Valley

The RunGood Poker Series Dream Factory will be held from November 27 to December 3 at the Thunder Valley Casino Resort in Lincoln, California.

Players who have won the RGPS ring in the past four seasons will now have two chances over two consecutive days to qualify for the PGT Championship.

PokerNews will provide live updates for Winner's Circle and Dream Seat Invitational until their respective champions are crowned.
