The World Poker Tour (WPT) is heading to a popular annual destination – Jacksonville.
More specifically, in bestbet Jacksonville, North Florida, the poker room will host the $5,000 bestbet Scramble tournament, a no-limit Texas Hold'em event with a guaranteed prize of $1,000,000.
The tournament is usually held in November, but this year it will take place from September 4th to 9th at one of the Sunshine State's top poker rooms. The tournament will continue until six players remain on September 8th, with the remaining players returning the following day for a live-streamed final table.
This tournament has a long history of big winners, and all the champions have been engraved on the Mike Sexton WPT Championship Trophy – you can see it for yourself if you visit bestbet.
Connor Rash, who defeated 327 players to win 1TP 4T 315,530 in 2025, is the current defending champion. Chilean poker pro Nick Yunis won 1TP 4T 310,079 in 2024.
