Although three new gold bracelet winners were announced that day, the most talked-about story came from Daniel Negreanu.

In Event #47:$25,000 Pot-Limit Omaha High RollerIn the first round, Negreanu was eliminated right at the start, even being knocked out on his very first hand. Buy back after being eliminated in the first round

For Negreanu, this year's WSOP has been full of ups and downs.

Fortunately, this event uses a multiple-entry registration system.

After re-entering the field, Negreanu quickly regained his rhythm and steadily accumulated chips among many world-class PLO players, eventually finishing the game with 789,000 chips, ranking seventh on Day 1B.

Can Negreanu make another run at the gold bracelet?

Despite failing to achieve his dream in the $250,000 Super High Roller event, Daniel Negreanu clearly hasn't stopped there.
