WSOP Day 49 Report | 1TP 4T 10K Six-Handed Tier-Up Day 4: Fahredin Mustafov Leads the Final Four

On July 13th, Las Vegas time, the 2026 World Series of Poker (WSOP) entered Day 49. With the nine finalists for the Main Event confirmed and a nearly three-week break underway, the focus of the series shifted to the final few bracelet events. Among them, Event #94:$10,000 6-Handed No-Limit Hold'em Championship, after approximately 11 hours of intense play, still hadn't determined a champion, leading to an additional, unscheduled Day 4 for the final four players.

Day 49 saw three gold bracelets awarded: Johnny Oshana won the Gladiators of Poker; Yanting Jiang defeated a field of 3,668 entries in the Mid-Stakes Championship; and Ori Hasson took the Closer title. Meanwhile, several world-class players still have a chance to win in the NLH Six-Max Championship, PLO Six-Max Championship, and $25,000 High Roller HORSE.

Mustafov leads for two consecutive days, with four players vying for the million-dollar jackpot.

Event #94: Day 3 of the $10,000 Six-Handed NLH Championship saw the return of 33 players. After approximately 11 hours of six-handed play, four players remained, necessitating an additional Day 4 to determine the bracelet winner.

Bulgarian pro Fahredin Mustafov sealed the day as chip leader again after Day 2, holding 11,375,000 chips. David Peters is in second place with 9,025,000 chips, seven-time bracelet winner Calvin Anderson is in third with 7,275,000 chips, and Lithuanian player Dominykas Mikolaitis is in fourth with 6,050,000 chips.

Mikolaitis won several all-in duels in the final level and successfully held his advantage in the final hand of the day with AJ against Mustafov's AT. The four players will return to the Horseshoe Events Center at 1 p.m. local time on July 14 to continue competing for the $1,001,391 first-place prize and a WSOP gold bracelet.

Event #94 Six-Player Championship Final Four

The event attracted 558 participants, creating a total prize pool of $5,189,400. All four players have secured at least $306,313, but the champion will take home over $1 million; if Calvin Anderson wins, he will also win his third gold bracelet in this series.

Christopher Vitch leads the final 18 players in PLO, with Biao Ding in second place.

Event #96: $3,000 6-Handed Pot-Limit Omaha completes Day 2. With 158 returning players from the 892 entries, only 18 remain with a chance to win after 10 levels. The total prize pool is $2,381,640, with the first-place winner receiving $407,137.

Three-time WSOP bracelet winner Christopher Vitch leads the chip stack with 4,710,000 chips, the only player to break the 4 million chip mark. Chinese player Biao Ding is second with 3,940,000 chips, followed by Robert Mizrachi and Erik Seidel in third and fourth place respectively.

Vitch wasn't in the lead at the start of Day 2, but accumulated a series of large pots in the evening, eventually pulling ahead. Biao Ding, five-time bracelet winner Robert Mizrachi, and Erik Seidel, the ten-time bracelet winner who has already won this year's tournament, are all $25K Fantasy Draft players, making this final day both a championship and a Fantasy Points event.

Event #96 PLO Six-Player Day 2 Top Ten Scorecards

The final 18 players will return at 1 p.m. local time on July 14th to compete directly for the championship. In addition to the previous leaders, players such as Alex Livingston and Joshua Wang are also entering the final day with more than 50 big blinds.

Chino Rheem leads the $25K High Roller HORSE race.

The final high-stakes event of the series, Event #97:$25,000 High Roller HORSE, officially kicked off on Day 49, attracting 109 entries. After the first day, 64 players remained, with a total prize pool of $2,561,500.

Chino Rheem, still seeking his first WSOP gold bracelet, leads the pack with 641,000 chips. Arthur Morris is just 3,000 chips behind in second place, Patrick Stacey is third with 552,000 chips, and Jeff Madsen and Allan Le are in the top five.

Rheem has achieved multiple money-circle finishes at this year's WSOP, with his best performance being runner-up in Event #49:$2,500 Freezeout No-Limit Hold'em. Now, he's back in the lead and will be aiming for his first gold bracelet.

$25,000 High Roller Horse First Day Top Ten

Mixed-game stars like Jason Mercier, Mike Leah, and Eli Elezra all finished in the top ten, making the competition even more intense in this high-stakes HORSE event at the end of the series. The tournament will continue on Day 2, with the champion expected to be crowned on July 15th.

Summer Saver Day 1B attracted 3,208 visitors.

Event #95: $500 Summer Saver completed Day 1B of the second starting group, attracting 3,208 entries and ultimately 434 players completing the pack. Michael Danley became the chip leader with 1,600,000 chips, followed by Shion Sakamoto of Japan with 1,560,000. Monika Hrabec and David Prociak finished third and fourth respectively.

Three-time bracelet winner David Prociak, holding 1,250,000 chips, will join the qualifiers from Day 1A and Day 1B for Day 2. The tournament will resume at 12:00 PM local time on July 14th.

Day 49 Three Gold Bracelet Champions

Johnny Oshana defeated an 11,185 field of players in Event #88:$300 Gladiators of Poker to win $250,000 and his first WSOP gold bracelet.

Yanting Jiang won Event #89: $3,000 Mid-Stakes Championship. She emerged from a field of 3,668 entries, making it to the final table and completing four eliminations to claim her first career gold bracelet and a $1,159,182 first-place prize.

Event #93: The Closer, $1,500, was won by Israeli player Ori Hasson. He defeated a field of 3,724 entries and head-to-head opponent Kevin Song to take home $582,800, his second WSOP gold bracelet, and his first live WSOP gold bracelet.

Day 50 Schedule Preview

July 14th will be the first WSOP day since July 1st without a Main Event. The Main Event final table of nine has entered a nearly three-week break, while other bracelet events continue their series final push.

Summer Saver will resume at 12 noon, while the tiebreaker Day 4 of Event #94 Six-Max NLH Championship and the final day of Event #96 Six-Max PLO will both begin at 1 pm. $25,000 High Roller HORSE will also enter Day 2, with the champion expected to be decided on July 15.

With the series nearing its end, the main focus for the next day of competition will be whether Mustafov can maintain his lead for the third consecutive day, whether Calvin Anderson can win his third gold bracelet this summer, and whether Biao Ding can achieve a breakthrough for Chinese players in the PLO finals.
