    On August 28th, the 2026 CPG Sanya Grand Finals concluded its ten-day competition. The Main Event, having shrunk from 3,972 entries to a final nine, saw the nine finalists return to the table to compete for the annual Main Event title and the coveted "Golden Dragon" trophy. With only nine players remaining from 3,972 entries, the final table officially opened at 12:00 noon on August 28th. After four rounds of elimination, the final nine players from the 3,972 entries entered the Final Table. Before the final table began, Luo Jiajin was already in first place with 19,300,000 chips, but the chip gap between Wang Zexuan, Chen Wenwen, Xu Sucai, Yang Rui, and others was not yet significant, so the championship situation remained highly unpredictable.
