The mystery bounty tournament is heating up, and the PokerStars series continues to gain momentum.

InPokerStarsTo celebrate its 25th anniversary, the platform's "Mystery Bounty Series" is in full swing. The series officially kicked off on April 26th, boasting a total guaranteed prize pool of $3 million, making it a focal point for players ahead of the upcoming $50 million anniversary tournament.

Among them, Event #05 – a Sunday Special with a $75 buy-in and a guaranteed $350,000 prize pool – became one of the key events at the start of the series, attracting a large number of players.

The number of participants was overwhelming, and the prize pool exceeded $370,000.

This Sunday Special attracted 5,543 entries, resulting in a total prize pool of $377,921, far exceeding the guaranteed amount. A total of 843 mystery prizes were awarded, ranging from $40 to $10,000.

He ultimately finished the match with $754 (including the prize money), and this dramatic exit became one of the biggest talking points of the game.

The final table crowned a champion; a Belarusian player took the title.

Once the final table is formed, all nine players are guaranteed a minimum prize of $2,530. The prize money gradually increases as the tournament progresses.

In the end, "ABatian" from Belarus defeated "nvrwlkalone44" from Canada in the heads-up match to win the championship and a total prize of $26,125 (including the bounty). The runner-up received $18,192.

With the series nearing its end, the main event is generating considerable anticipation.

This year's Mystery Bounty Series will run until May 3rd and conclude with two main events:

  • $11 Mini Main Event (Guaranteed $100,000)
  • $109 Main Event (Guaranteed $500,000)
